About

A United Kingdom
science company that
licenses.

BETOSIM Ltd holds the science, the intellectual property and the licences. It does not chase volume; it certifies technology and places it with partners who can carry it.

The company

Built around the part
that has to be right.

BETOSIM Ltd is the United Kingdom parent of the BETOSIM™ technology: the company that develops the science, holds the intellectual property, sets the standard by which claims are made, and grants the licences under which the technology is supplied.

It was established in the United Kingdom deliberately. Well integrity technology is bought by organisations whose engineers, insurers and regulators will test every claim in the file — and a technology of this kind is only as portable as the evidence behind it. The United Kingdom gives that evidence a home in a jurisdiction where standards, laboratories and intellectual property protection are taken as read.

The company does not operate as a manufacturer or a contractor. Manufacture and field delivery sit with the group’s own infrastructure and with qualified licensees; the United Kingdom company keeps what must not be delegated — the science, the data and the standard.

Structure

One company for the science.
The group’s own infrastructure behind it.

BETOSIM is not a laboratory looking for a factory. The group brings its own production, research and commercial infrastructure — which is why a licensee is joining a working technology rather than an idea.

United Kingdom

Science · IP · licensing

The parent company: research direction, the formulation library and its data discipline, the accreditation programme, intellectual property and every licence granted worldwide.

Türkiye

Production · R&D · laboratory

The group’s own production and laboratory capability, where the systems are manufactured and much of the validation programme has been run.

United Arab Emirates

Gulf commercial hub

The group’s commercial presence for the Gulf region — the regional point of contact for operators and partners.

This site speaks only for BETOSIM Ltd. Group companies operate under their own identities, and are not represented here.

Values

Two, and we keep them.

VALUE 01

Evidence before assertion

No performance figure enters commercial use before the record behind it is complete, and every published number resolves to a worksheet, an apparatus and a date. Where our evidence is our own, we say so. Where verification is still in progress, we say that too.

This is why the site publishes so few numbers and offers so much data under NDA. The restraint is the point.

VALUE 02

Compliance as a moat

Standards, accreditation, claims discipline and audit are usually treated as cost. We treat them as the barrier to entry: they are slow to build, unpleasant to fake and immediately visible to a competent buyer.

A licensee inherits that position. It is most of what the licence is worth.

United Kingdom ecosystem

Working where
the checking happens.

The United Kingdom research and testing ecosystem is part of how this technology is built, not a badge attached to it once it was finished.

  • Universities and research groups — collaboration on the long-duration durability questions that a commercial laboratory is poorly placed to answer alone.
  • Accredited laboratories — independent verification of performance while our own ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation programme is under way.
  • Standards and industry bodies — engagement with the frameworks our licensees will be measured against, in well integrity and in construction materials.

We would rather be checked early by people equipped to check us than be believed early by people who are not.

Leadership

BETOSIM is led by its founding team, working with a chief technical advisor who leads the research programme and with specialist cementing engineering expertise. Detailed backgrounds are provided to counterparties as part of technical and commercial diligence.

A note on capital

We are not raising; we are certifying. This site carries no investment proposition and we do not accept investment enquiries through it. The routes we do operate are technology licensing, technical partnership and technical evaluation.

Talk to the company

Licensing and partnership enquiries, technical questions from operator engineers, and diligence requests from advisers are all handled directly by the United Kingdom company.
