Licensing & partnership

Licensed,
not mass-produced.

BETOSIM™ technology reaches the field through a limited number of qualified licensees. Licensing is sequenced after reference projects; territories are limited; qualification is selective.

What is licensed

Four things travel
under the licence.

A BETOSIM licence is not the sale of a formula. It is the transfer of a working capability — scoped by territory and by field — together with the obligations that keep it worth having.

01 — Formulation families
Access to the validated formulation families relevant to the licensed scope — the well integrity systems, the strategic concrete lines, or both — with the test record that stands behind each one.
02 — Engineering methods
The per-well design method itself: how a well file is read, how a failure mode is identified, how a candidate system is selected and tuned, and how it is validated before release. The method is the product.
03 — The brand
The right to supply under the BETOSIM™ name within the licensed scope, governed by the brand book and conditional on the quality obligations below. The name is only worth carrying while every claim behind it holds.
04 — Design and QC support
Ongoing formulation support, design review, witnessed validation and quality-control support from the UK company for the life of the licence.
The model

Three layers.

Each layer is separately real, and each is separately protected. A licensee that takes the technology without the engineering has bought a powder; a licensee that carries the brand without the governance devalues it for everyone. The three travel together.

LAYER 01

The Technology

Formulation families, engineering methods and the validated data library — transferred, taught and supported.

LAYER 02

The Brand

The BETOSIM name under a quality-controlled licence — every claim traceable to a test, in every territory.

LAYER 03

The Engineering

Per-well design, witnessed validation and field QC — the layer that makes the product defensible.

Who qualifies

Quality-control capability
is the entry condition.

We license to regional cement and concrete producers, and to cementing service companies, that can hold a specification under audit. Commercial reach matters; it is not what decides the conversation.

What we look for

  • A laboratory that works — the equipment, the people and the procedures to run the validation programme, not merely to keep a certificate on a wall.
  • Documented quality management — batch records, calibration, traceability, non-conformance handling, and a willingness to be audited on all of it.
  • Technical staff who can carry the method — engineers we can train, who will stay long enough to become the capability in their territory.
  • Regulatory and HSE standing in the territory, and a client base that buys on specification rather than on price alone.
  • Willingness to accept the governance — the claims discipline in particular, which many organisations agree to before they have understood how strict it is.

What does not qualify

Pure trading and distribution without production or laboratory capability; requests for the formulations without the method; and any proposal that treats the technology as a label to place on an existing product. We would rather leave a territory unserved than let one licensee spend the brand’s credibility.

The qualification path

Four stages,
in this order.

No stage is skipped and no stage is bought. The sequence exists because each stage generates the evidence the next one depends on.

STAGE 01

NDA

Mutual non-disclosure, then release of the technical dossier: formulation-level data, laboratory worksheets and the validation record, so your engineers can form their own view.

STAGE 02

Technical evaluation

Your team assesses the science; ours assesses your laboratory, quality system and technical capability. Both directions are real, and either can end here.

STAGE 03

Pilot programme

A defined, scoped programme — validation in your laboratory under our method, then application on agreed wells or structures, witnessed and documented.

STAGE 04

Licence

A territory- and field-scoped licence, with the training, the brand rights, the support obligations and the quality obligations set out in full.

Timing: licensing is sequenced after reference projects. Where a territory is not yet open, we will say so rather than start a process we cannot finish.

What licensees get

A capability,
transferred properly.

01

The library

The validated formulation families within scope, with the test record behind each one — and the versions that follow, for the life of the licence.

02

Training

Formal transfer of the design method and the laboratory protocols to your engineers and technicians, until they can run it without us in the room.

03

Witnessed validation

Your first programmes validated with us present — and, where the client requires it, with their engineers present too.

04

Brand use

The right to supply as BETOSIM™ under the brand book, with the marketing and specification material that supports a technical sale.

Beyond the transfer, licensees keep a permanent line to the people who designed the systems: design review on difficult wells, formulation support when a well file does not fit the library, and first access to what the platform produces next.

Governance

The obligations are
the point, not the price.

Every licence carries quality-control obligations, claims discipline and audit rights. Prospective partners sometimes read these as friction. They are the opposite: they are the mechanism that protects every licensee’s market from every other licensee’s shortcut.

Quality control

Defined batch testing, calibration and record-keeping; retention of test records for a specified period; and validation to the agreed protocols before any system is released to a well or a structure.

Claims discipline

Licensees may publish only claims supported by the approved evidence set, in the approved wording, with the provenance stated. No licensee may attribute a number to BETOSIM™ that no worksheet supports. This binds us in the United Kingdom exactly as it binds a licensee anywhere else.

Audit

Scheduled and for-cause audit of laboratory practice, batch records and marketing claims, with a defined correction process — and, where a breach is material and uncorrected, withdrawal of brand rights.

Scope

Licences are scoped by territory and by field of use, with defined performance and reporting obligations. Exclusivity, where granted, is earned against those obligations and does not survive them.

Start

Start a licensing
conversation.

Tell us who you are, what you can produce and where. If the territory is open and the capability is there, we will move to NDA and release the dossier. If it is not, we will tell you that instead of keeping you warm.

Plant and capacity, laboratory equipment and staffing, quality certifications held, and the client base you serve. Detail here shortens the process considerably.

BETOSIM Ltd is not raising capital and does not accept investment enquiries through this site. This route is for technology licensing and technical partnership only.
