Technical literature

The catalogues.

Two catalogues — the drilling and well integrity cement systems, and the engineered strategic concretes. Written for the engineer scoping a job, not for the procurement file.

What is published,
and what sits behind the NDA.

The catalogues describe the systems, the failure modes they are engineered against, the performance envelopes and how each is specified. They are the right document for an engineer scoping a job or a producer assessing the range. Formulation-level data and the laboratory worksheets are not in them — that is the technical dossier, and it is released under non-disclosure.

Well Integrity Systems

Drilling & well cement systems catalogue

The four engineered systems set out as problem, mechanism and outcome: ultra-lightweight placement in weak and depleted formations, elasto-plastic behaviour under pressure and thermal cycling, autonomous self-healing for long-term zonal isolation, and the hybrid system for wells that present more than one failure mode at once. Includes the design workflow, the API Spec 10A / RP 10B-2 validation protocols and the information we need from a well file.

Strategic Concrete

Engineered concretes catalogue

The three engineered lines and where each is specified: ultra-high performance concrete for extreme load and long design life, fibre-engineered strategic concrete where post-crack behaviour is the design requirement, and ultra-light structural concrete where strength-to-weight decides whether a geometry is buildable. Includes the lifecycle argument, durability basis and the certification framework a designer or public client will ask for.

Beyond the catalogue

If the catalogue does not
answer your question.

Operators

Bring us a well

The catalogue describes systems in general. Your well is specific — put a real well file in front of our engineers and the answer will be too.

Diligence

The technical dossier

Laboratory worksheets, test conditions and the validation programme, released under a mutual NDA to operators, prospective licensees and their advisers.

Licensing

If you produce cement or concrete and can hold a specification under audit, the catalogue is the wrong document. Start here instead.
